The product
Criton accompanies executives as they reflect on their leadership, their teams and the decisions on their mind. It doesn't replace a human coach — it complements one. No agendas, no minutes, no pressure. Available whenever you need it.
Language coverage
The interface and coaching are available in Spanish and English. The retrievable library of Pablo and Addventure sources is currently predominantly Spanish; in English, Criton does not cite untranslated sources and relies on its core methodology and content genuinely available in English.
The chat assistant is called Crito
Your interlocutor in the app is called Crito, in honour of Crito, a disciple of Socrates. The most loyal one — not the most brilliant or the most famous. The night before Socrates' execution, it was Crito who went to his cell. Not to save him with brilliant arguments, but to be there. To ask real questions. To accompany him whilst he thought.
That is what Crito does in Criton: it doesn't give you the answers, it accompanies you whilst you find them. Without complacency, without shortcuts, without telling you what you want to hear.

The creator
Pablo Tovar is CEO of Addventure, an executive coach with over 25 years of practice with executive committees and C-suites, and the creator of Criton. His style — direct, demanding, without complacency — is the foundation on which Crito converses with you. Always from closeness: it challenges you because you matter, not out of coldness.
Your assistant, whoever your coach is
Crito was created by Pablo Tovar, but it doesn't speak only for him: it is built on the work and method of Addventure's three partners — Pablo Tovar, Daniel Poch and Javier Llansó — and knows the style, approach and questions of each one. Source-backed coverage is deepest in Spanish and partial in English, as explained above. So whichever of the three is your coach, Crito can accompany you as their assistant without pretending that every source has already been translated.
Privacy
Your conversations with Crito are private. Neither Pablo nor anyone on the Addventure team has access to them.
